and the home counties, our primary objective is the continued focus on our

What You Need to Know

SBE Kent LIMITED was established in 2010 by our directors Stephen Stanton and Stef Buscaglia as a Mechanical and Electrical installation company working for a handful of clients in both the building industry and the end user market providing maintenance packages and as annual service providers.
SBE have carried out work in various sectors of the industry such as Commercial installations, Pharmaceutical and Public sector areas such as Dulwich Prep School, Pembury NHS staff accommodation, and most recently East Surrey College.
Our company prides itself on consistently delivering projects on time and within budget, but more importantly always working to the highest standards 100% of the time, no matter the size or value of the project.
We believe in constant training and investment in our operatives will not only help them to progress further along their own personal journey through the construction industry but will also benefit SBE with continual learning and adapting to ensure that we are delivering at the highest of standards at all times.

All of our Operatives have been trained in a multitude of vital skills that would be useful on any site. All of our operatives have an ECS card, are asbestos aware, are trained in IPAF, PASMA, Fire protection, and First aid, and are competent. As a company, we are dedicated to providing the proper training to ensure the safety of our operatives and others.

This project was by far the most challenging we have undertaken, we created a new office space over two floors for the main contractor working on the HS2 enabling works south project.The project was a complete design and build and was completed in 16 weeks.The project value was 1.44 million.
